By using ProofPack at getproofpack.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These are written to be plain and fair — not to trick you.

What ProofPack is

ProofPack is an AI-powered tool that helps freelancers and agencies generate client-facing reports from raw notes. You provide the notes; we generate the report. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sending it to anyone.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use ProofPack.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

Free plan

The free plan allows 1 report per month. Free plan reports include a ProofPack watermark on PDFs and shared report pages. Limits may change, but we'll give existing users reasonable notice before tightening them.

Paid plans and billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Your content

You own the notes you paste in and the reports generated from them. By using ProofPack, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your reports. ProofPack generates text based on what you provide — always review before sending to clients.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ProofPack to:

• Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent reports.
• Spam or harass clients via the email feature.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

AI-generated content

Reports are generated by OpenAI's models. AI can make mistakes. ProofPack does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any generated report for any particular purpose. You bear full responsibility for content sent to your clients.

Disclaimer of warranties

ProofPack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific needs. We'll do our best, but we can't make promises we can't keep.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofPack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost clients, or errors in generated reports.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top and email you for significant changes. Continued use of ProofPack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
